Good thing you can do all these with a profession as a physician assistant. Moreover, an intensive and extensive scope of the curriculum is given to physician assistant courses to ensure that every physician assistant is capable of delivering 80% of what is expected from a physician with minimal supervision.

However, with minimum training as compared to a licensed physician you can also expect lower wage as compared to them. What most people like about this profession are that, the pay is not really that bad and the return of investment from your studies will be back in no time since this is just a 3 year course at the most.
